Original releases
Unless a game page or attribution record states otherwise, Taopu Kuailema Trading Firm (Individual Industrial) owns the Hersch Games brand assets, original page copy, branded graphics, and the six maintained Original game releases. They may not be copied, repackaged, or sold without permission.
Licensed material
Third-party open-source material remains governed by its stated license and retained copyright notice. See the game rights and attribution record, LICENSE, and NOTICE.md.
Report a concern
Email support@gamehersch.com with the exact URL, identification of the protected work, your authority to act, contact details, and a good-faith explanation. We may temporarily restrict the route while verifying the claim.
What happens next
We preserve the report, review the source and license record, contact relevant maintainers when possible, and correct attribution, disable indexing or advertising, or remove content when appropriate.
