Publisher and operator: Taopu Kuailema Trading Firm (Individual Industrial)
Taopu Kuailema Trading Firm (Individual Industrial) owns, publishes, and operates the site and is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy.
Jump to the Moon is owned, published, and operated by Taopu Kuailema Trading Firm (Individual Industrial) under the Hersch Games / GameHersch brands.
Gameplay Data
Games may store progress and preferences locally in the browser, including score history, best score, stars, audio settings, language preference, and control sensitivity. Jump to the Moon may also submit a server-issued run identifier, score, duration, stars, result, distance, and a limited checkpoint summary for leaderboard validation.
Optional Accounts and Public Leaderboards
Guest play uses a random player identifier, a generated or chosen public nickname, and a secure session cookie. The session cookie normally expires 30 days after it is issued.
If a player chooses Google sign-in, Hersch Games processes the Google account identifier, optional email address, and email-verification status returned by Google. Google email and profile name are not displayed publicly. The chosen Hersch Games public nickname and accepted score may appear on the leaderboard.
Google sign-in is optional. Hersch Games does not receive or store the player's Google password.
Facebook Instant Games
When Jump to the Moon runs through Facebook Instant Games, Meta supplies an app-specific player ID and display name and processes the leaderboard records needed to initialize the game, submit a score, and show rankings. A leaderboard record may include score, rank, run duration, result, stars, and game-rules version.
The Facebook version does not request a Facebook password, email address, contact list, payment information, or precise location. Meta processes platform data under its own terms and privacy policy.
The hosting provider and browser may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, date, time, request frequency, and score-validation outcomes. These signals may be used to limit abuse and hide suspicious scores.
Site Analytics
Hersch Games uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-01V8MGGGYJ to understand page views, site usage, and gameplay analytics events such as game start, retry, game over, and completion. Google may process cookies or similar identifiers, browser and device data, approximate location, referrer, and interaction events.
Visitors can limit analytics cookies through browser controls or Google's analytics opt-out tools.
Advertising Cookies
Hersch Games is prepared for Google AdSense using publisher ID ca-pub-3693494030664694. If ads are served, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies.
Google storage for advertising, ad personalization, ad user data, and analytics is denied by default until a visitor's consent choice is available. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Hersch Games will use a Google-certified consent management platform before serving personalized ads.
When the consent message is active, visitors can change their choices or withdraw consent through its privacy-options control. Browser controls and Google Ads Settings provide additional controls.
United States Privacy Choices
Depending on state law, advertising identifiers and related activity may be treated as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale. Visitors can use the certified consent message when available, browser privacy controls, and Google Ads Settings to limit those uses.
Requests to access or delete a Hersch player record, or to ask about an applicable state right, can be sent to support@gamehersch.com. Hersch Games does not discriminate against a visitor for making a valid privacy request.
Children
Hersch Games is a general-audience browser-game site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request a child's real name, school, precise location, payment information, or private messages. A parent or guardian can request review and deletion of an associated player record by email.
Retention and Deletion
Expired guest sessions are eligible for deletion after 30 days. Accepted scores and linked account records are retained to provide rankings and cross-device recovery until they are deleted for operational reasons or in response to a valid request.
To request deletion of a player profile, linked Google identity, or leaderboard history, email support@gamehersch.com with enough information to locate the account.
For Facebook Instant Games records, include the app-specific Facebook User ID and current in-game display name. Data controlled by Meta remains subject to Meta's deletion controls and policies.
