Facebook Instant Games
Data Deletion
These instructions apply to Jump to the Moon players using Facebook Instant Games. You can disconnect the game in Facebook or ask Hersch Games to delete player data that we can identify and control.
Option 1: Remove the Game in Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Select Jump to the Moon and choose Remove.
- Confirm the removal.
Facebook maintains its own platform records under Meta's policies. For current Facebook controls, see Remove an app or game.
Option 2: Send a Deletion Request
Email support@gamehersch.com with the subject “Jump to the Moon data deletion request.” Include your app-specific Facebook User ID and current in-game display name so we can locate the correct record. Do not send your Facebook password.

What the Game Uses
The Facebook version uses the player ID and display name supplied by Meta, plus leaderboard score, rank, run duration, result, stars, and game-rules version. It does not request a Facebook password, email address, contact list, payment information, or precise location.
What Happens Next
We will use the identifiers you provide only to verify and process the request. Data controlled by Hersch Games will be deleted or de-identified after verification. If a leaderboard record is controlled by Meta rather than Hersch Games, we will direct you to the applicable Facebook control or support process.
Local settings and progress stored on your device can be removed by clearing the game's site or app storage. Read the full Hersch Games Privacy Policy for other site data and retention details.
